Delgation Skills for the Workplace (staff only)

The office of Professional and Organizational Development invites employees to a workshop addressing effective delegation processes that assist you in empowering staff while growing your own competencies. Employees will learn the basic principles of delegation and how to identify appropriate opportunities to assign tasks.
