Lunch-and-Learn: University Asset Management

As a member of the SF State community, you or your staff has had to collaborate with UPO periodically to locate all assets purchased or assigned to your department. Find out how the process works, understand its importance to the Universitys mission, discover the issues that departments most often experience when reconciling their assets, and learn how to make this important University function easier for you and for our Property Office. Stanley Pearse, Supervisor of University Property and Distribution Systems, will share his extensive experience in managing the Universitys valuable assets and with the Universitys process for ensuring that we, as a Campus, safeguard our physical assets resources by tagging, tracking and reconciling University property.
