Labor Archives & Research Center 30th Anniversary Celebration

The celebration will feature an exciting aerial dance performance on the facade of the library building by Flyaway Productions. Entitled, Archives and Outcries: Californias Unconventional Women Tell their Stories", the site specific dance will honor working women who have broken through gender barriers at work. Performances will begin at 2:15 p.m. | 3:30 p.m. | 5:45 p.m. The dance is followed by "Sharing the Work," a lecture exploring the history of gender exclusion on the shop floor and the halls of academia by noted Stanford Professor Myra Strober at 6:30 p.m. in Library Room 460.
