Description

Prerequisites: Restricted to upper-division standing; GE Areas A1*, A2*, A3*, and B4* all with grades of C- or better; or permission of the instructor. Global processes and their impact on different societies and individuals. Global theory and social problems such as poverty, hunger, racism, sexism, global warming, and labor exploitation.

Class Notes

  • * Hybrid (Combination of in-person and online asynchronous) Classes -- Class meets regularly in-person at scheduled days/times and also has online sessions with no set day/time.

Enrollment Requirements

  • Must have an upper-division standing and have completed GE Areas 1A/A2, 1B/A3, 1C/A1, and 2/B4, all with grades of C- or better, to enroll in this course.
