Description

Prerequisites: 12 units of 800-level Business courses; permission of the instructor and Business graduate office; approval of Advancement to Candidacy (ATC) and Culminating Experience (CE) forms by Graduate Studies before registration. Apply data analytics to work on projects supplied by clients that includes, but is not limited to, exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and database creation. Efficient communication with the committee chair and client for technical support is expected. (ABC/NC grading; RP allowed) [CSL may be available]

Class Notes

• * See University Bulletin or department for concurrent enrollment requirements and/or prerequisites.
• * This section will have 300 minutes of out-of-class work per week.
• * The class will meet in-person on Tuesday, August 27 at the Downtown Campus at 160 Spear Street, Room 510, San Francisco, CA 94105.
• * Hybrid (Online synchronous with occasional in-person) Classes -- Class meets mostly online at scheduled days/times and has occasional in-person meetings. See class note for the in-person meeting days/times.

Enrollment Requirements

• An approved Advancement to Candidacy (ATC) form and an approved proposal for Culminating Experience (C.E.) must be on file in the graduate studies office (Adm 254) in order to register for the Culminating Experience course.
