Prerequisites: Restricted to upper-division Design majors; DES 200*, DES 356*, and DES 370*. In-service experience in a special field. Directed experience in teaching and/or industry. Lecture, 1 unit; activity, 2 units. May be repeated for a total of 9 units. (CR/NC grading only) [CSL may be available]

• * Prerequisites: Completion of DES 200, DES 356, DES 370; upper division standing with major in Design. ALL Design Students interested in receiving credit for an established and approved "Practical Experience: Internship", must enroll and register in DES 576.1. Students interested in enrolling in this course must complete a DES 576 Internship Proposal, which must be reviewed and approved by "Supervising" Faculty Member and the Faculty Member "In-Charge" of the course.
