Description
Prerequisite: Upper-division standing or permission of the instructor. Development of research methodology of Third World societies in the U.S. Gathering materials through non-written sources such as artifacts, oral evidence, and participation-observation. May be repeated for a total of 6 units with departmental approval. [CSL may be available]
Class Notes
- * Class will meet Thursdays, 11:00am-2:00pm in BH 229 on dates 1/25/18, 2/1/18, 2/8/18, 2/15/18, 2/22/18. Other dates will be in location TBA. Grade is based on attendance, no exams. The course is field research base on healthy habits for teaching life skills to overcome hurdles, build community, and create belonging.
