Prerequisites: Restricted to upper-division standing; GE Areas A1*, A2*, A3*, and B4* all with grades of C- or better; or permission of the instructor. Review of the Asian American musical experience including the cultural sources that have informed artists' projects and the history that has shaped collective arts organization and activism among Asian Americans.
