Prerequisites: GE Areas A1*, A2*, A3*, and B4* all with grades of C- or better or permission of the instructor. Examination of ethnicity focusing on the history and theory surrounding American Indian tribal and Pan-Indian identity formations within the nation-state and reservation contexts.
