Description

Prerequisites: Restricted to upper-division standing; GE Areas A1*, A2*, A3*, and B4* all with grades of C- or better; or permission of the instructor. Examination and understanding of the stress process, assessments of stress, and the application of psychological intervention strategies to help bring about optimum performance in human movement as well as other endeavors. Practical application for maximizing human potential.
