Prerequisites: Restricted to upper-division Kinesiology majors; BIOL 212* and BIOL 213* or equivalents with grades of C or better; KIN 384GW*; or permission of the instructor. Concurrent enrollment in KIN 482. Effects of various types of exercise on the body's physiological systems. Laboratory. (Plus-minus letter grade only)

Class Notes

  • * Plus one hour to be arranged.
  • * See University Bulletin or department for concurrent enrollment requirements and/or prerequisites.
  • * KIN 482 and KIN 483 must be taken concurrently.
  • * Hybrid (Combination of in-person and online asynchronous) Classes -- Class meets regularly in-person at scheduled days/times and also has online sessions with no set day/time.

Enrollment Requirements

  • Must be an upper-division Kinesiology major and have completed BIOL 212 and BIOL 213 or equivalents with grades of C or better, and KIN 384GW to enroll in this course.
