Enjoy composer David Shires most heralded works, performed live by the Grammy and Academy Award-winner himself on piano as well as by the Alexander String Quartet, SF State Brass Ensemble and theatre students. Shire, an Academy Award ("Norma Rae") and two-time Grammy winner ("Saturday Night Fever") and multiple Tony and Emmy nominee, has composed prolifically for the theatre, films, television and recordings.
