We are excited to present four (4) Town Halls to share with the university community the 2018-19 annual operating budget for San Francisco State University. We will highlight the budget planning and development process, basic budget concepts and the annual budget cycle from the State to the CSU system to SF State. Also, the presentation will guide attendees through the California Governors fiscal year budget and general fund components, specifically the CSU system final budget summary, CSU support budget request, and the SF State operating budget. During the presentation, we will also provide explanations of basic budget concepts for those new to university budgeting. Bring your own lunch, and well provide the coffee/tea. Dates and times are: Wednesday, October 17th in LIB 121 at 11:30am 12:15pm, and at 1:00pm 1:45pm. Also on Thursday, October 18th at the Seven Hills Conference Center at 12:00pm 12:45pm, and at 1:30pm 2:15pm.
