Miriam Simun is an interdisciplinary artist whose work is situated at the intersection of ecology, technology and the body. She works in multiple formats including drawing, writing, performance, installation, scent, video and sculpture. Her forthcoming work is "Training Transhumanism (I Want To Become A Cephalopod)," a psycho-physical training regimen for the future of the human, based on the model of the cephalopod. Supported by the Headlands Center for the Arts.
