Nonprofit Formation and Governance: The Legal Nuts and Bolts. Examines topics like legal & regulatory concerns of starting a nonprofit, duties and liabilities of directors and trustees, and compliance with requirements to maintain tax-exempt status. This is a two-day course: Friday, September 28th from 6pm-9pm, and Saturday, September 29th from 9am-5pm.
