Recital: Afro-Cuban Jazz Ensemble of SF State

The Afro-Cuban Jazz Ensemble of San Francisco State performs both traditional and contemporary pieces based on Afro-Cuban religious and folklore music. Founded in 1999, the ensemble's mission is to expose the larger listening audience to the richness of Cuban and other Latin American music styles that have so influenced American popular music styles.
