Inaugural Mental Health Symposium: Creating a Community of Caring and Diversity

The symposium will be hosted by Active Minds and Health Promotion & Wellness. We will highlight the significance of community building and organizing by destigmatizing conversations around mental health. This event provides a safe space for students of different cultures to share their stories and/or research of mental health issues and wellness. After the event, students will have the tools to empower their families, peers, communities, and themselves to address mental health.
