The course will explore how to identify volunteer opportunities within nonprofit organizations, leverage resources for successful volunteer recruitment, and gain effective volunteer management strategies. This is a two-day course: Friday, February 23rd from 6pm-9pm, and Saturday, February 24th from 9am-5pm.
