This is a two-day course: Friday, November 3rd, 6pm-9pm and Saturday, November 4th, 9am-5pm. Through case studies and in-class activities, participants will learn to identify common pitfalls, best practices, and innovative ideas for board development, management, and improving the effectiveness of governing boards.
