Description
Prerequisite for MATH 770: Graduate Mathematics students or permission of the instructor. Prerequisites for MATH 470: Upper-division standing; MATH 370 with a grade of C or better; GPA of 3.0 or higher; or permission of the instructor. Sequences and series of functions, uniform convergence, real-analytic functions, metric spaces, open and closed sets, compact and connected sets, and continuous functions. (MATH 770/MATH 470 is a paired course offering. Students who complete the course at one level may not repeat the course at the other level.)
