BECA 536 [01] - Creativity and Design Thinking in Electronic Media

Description
Prerequisite: Upper-division standing or permission of the instructor. Exploration of the creative process for media students. Use of multimedia, computers, and games as tools to enhance creativity and to develop problem-solving skills. Design thinking is concerned with solving problems through design. Through a process of divergent thinking, a designer will examine many possible solutions at the beginning of a process where the problem is defined before solving it.
